On Wednesday, September 25, 2024, the Commercial and Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS) hosted a highly anticipated panel discussion: “The Melville Town Center – Will it Succeed and is It a Model for Other Long Island Municipalities?” The event brought together industry leaders and real estate professionals to explore the potential of the Melville Town Center and its impact on Long Island’s growth.
