Goodson Thomas transitions to an Employee Ownership Trust Becoming an EOT marks the start of a new chapter for Goodson Thomas - one that gives our dedicated team a real stake in the future of the business. Sian Goodson, the founder, will now take on the role of Executive Chair, continuing to shape our strategic vision. Day-to-day leadership will be in the hands of Ross O’Keefe, newly appointed as Managing Director, and Catrin Taylor as Director. Together, they’ll drive the continued growth of Goodson Thomas, as well as our new Welsh-language recruitment branch, Penodi.
