Loved talking spending trends and money pain points at our ThinkStylist webinar yesterday. A couple of takeaways for those that missed it: *A quarter of women are cutting back on the hobbies that make them happiest to keep costs down. So that's a reduction of baking, books, singing lessons etc. How can we as brands combat the small joys recession? *Nearly a third of women now pay their rent or mortgage solo. As living costs continue to rise, solo spenders and savers need extra TLC. What creative ways can brands give it? *77% of women say they don't have the financial skills they need and weren't taught about money growing up. This is a generational issue. We need to speak to the girl before she becomes a woman *All insight from The F Word, Think Stylist. Image: Stylist

There's no denying that 2024 is going to be a pivotal year for women's rights. As we hurtle towards uncertain and complex elections in the UK and US, we can be sure of one thing at least: women don’t think the world has their back. And this ‘world versus women’ dynamic is only going to become more palpable as we wrestle with who will best represent the rights and needs of women in such a hostile environment. But what will get her vote? Simply true allyship. Find out what we mean by that and what that means for brands who want to be part of the solution https://lnkd.in/eta5DK5q

The latest meme shared by Gen Z and Millennial women perfectly depicts their feelings of being duped by adulthood. Rewriting history isn't something that they shy away from but there's a huge chasm between their reality and their Gen X and Boomer parents. Their major life milestones are changing and they are looking for brands to help commemorate them https://lnkd.in/ePcYuhG9 #insights #Millennialwomen #GenZwomen
