A key part of the work of our community is enabling our members to expand their knowledge in specific areas of tech and to find their tribe(s) To enable this we have a variety sub-communities (Communities of Practice), open to both women and allies, hosted in our private social network within Mighty Networks and led by members of our network that have a passion for these areas / topics. Within these communities our members can: 🤝 Attend regular networking sessions 🖥️ Attend webinars, workshops and product demonstrations 📒 Create and share their own content 📚 Get access to a variety of practice specific resources ❓ Get answers, advice & support on practice specific questions & issues 🦸♀️ Find inspiring role models (or become somebody else's 💪) 👩🏫 Identify mentors to connect with, within our Guider mentoring platform We currently have Communities of Practice for the below disciplines and are always open to creating new CoPs to meet the needs of our members. (Any suggestions please speak up!) -Neurodiversity, led by Steven Houghton-Burnett -Cloud -Data & Analytics, led by Olaide Afolayan -Information & Cyber Security, led by Sherrise Francis -IT Leadership -IT Operations & Service Management -Product Management -Project & Programme Management, led by Eleanor Bell-Jones -Software Development & Engineering To get access to any of these communities alongside our general networking, L&D and mentoring opportunities click the "join the community" button on our website: https://lnkd.in/ervPw_ye Keep an eye on the comments for details of upcoming sessions related to these CoPs #womenintech #womenintechnology #womenintechnology #neurodiversity #cloud #data #informationsecurity #cybersecurity #servicemanagement #product #projectmanagement #softwaredevelopment #softwareengineering #itleadership
