Overall good location and service. Free laundry is done on your own in a nearby shop. After which, need to hang under sun to dry. We have also received a plate of bananas and some cookies. Definitely recommend for your stay.

We were assigned to unit 63, which was quite a walk from the entrance. We had a great stay at the inn, the room was cleaned and the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, their home cooked dishes tasted good too.

Very good hotel. It's not far from the other hotels. Basically all hotel located at the same street. Just 1km away from the wuzhen tourist attraction point. The owner is very helpful and kind. Since we are foreigners, we couldnt order the chuan chuan sticks and taxi, the owner helped us to place order. Place is super clean, hygienic and quiet. Suitable for relaxing and revitalizing oneself. Overall I am satisfied and highly recommend this place. Thank you for the welcome dumpling. Wish you happy and prosperous

The hotel location is not near the busy Main Street, need to walk and cross two bridges to find the Main Street. However, they have carts services whenever required for breakfast or to the main door. The attendant was very kind and with good service to guide you anywhere to find your requirements. He introduced the places of interest and gave lots of help. Give him a thumb up for good service.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. To our surprise, they even offered us for a free upgrade of room, which is much more spacious than the 1 that we originally booked for ! The room was clean. The hotel is quite near to the tourist spot, just few hundred meters away from 西栅and东栅. Will definitely recommend others to stay here.

It is very convenient to park nearby. There is a parking lot next to the homestay, and you can enter the homestay directly through the small door. The room is clean and tidy, the style is simple, it is very suitable for taking pictures. The homestay also comes with a small swimming pool where you can swim at night.

In order to make it convenient to go to Wuzhen, I booked this hotel online in advance. The children also liked the overall layout and shape of the room. The light in the room was very transparent. The bed was arranged by the boss because he saw me bringing two children, so he specially arranged a large double bed room for us. It was very warm and considerate. The stairwell corridor of the hotel also has colorful lights at night, which is very beautiful! The two babies said: Mom, if we come to Wuzhen next time, we will choose to stay here! 😊👍

The newly renovated room still has a strong smell. Mind the store to open the window for ventilation. Facilities: The large room I booked has a bathtub. Although it was not used, the facilities are relatively complete. Service: I arrived at the store late that day, and there were still staff waiting. It may be the off-season, and there are not many guests staying in the hotel, so it is relatively quiet.
