“When remodeling our lake home kitchen, living room, and master bathroom, we knew we needed a professional plan, especially since we would not be there every day to oversee the work. We explained what we envisioned to Bethany Bean, and she listened intently , asked questions, and offered creative ideas. For our kitchen/living room, we wanted to create a more open living space. Bethany produced two preliminary plans--one that was exactly what we had envisioned, and one that she presented to us to consider, because it opened up the space even more! We were thrilled with her ideas, and her detailed plans gave our contractor all the information needed to create our new space, including a detailed demolition plan that allowed us to donate most of our materials to Habitat for Humanity. Bethany stopped by several times during the construction, helping us make sure the project was progressing as envisioned. We saved a lot of money in the long run by hiring Bethany, and we were able to keep the project on track, even though we were not there all the time. Bethany Bean is creative, professional and detail-oriented. I strongly recommend working with her! We're nearing project completion and I'll share photos soon.”
