From a $14,000,000 in the Hollywood Hills home to many A-list celebrities, to a 3 acre Spanish Revival estate on world famous Laurel Canyon, to more modest loft style homes, to desert retreats, to beach front residences, SoCal Contractor nails it every time. The work is varied and unique, with attention to the smallest detail making the projects stand out among other high end spaces. Two of the projects I shot for SoCal Contractor made it to the covers of national magazines. “I hired AJC Construction Services to remodel my apartment after a leak occurred, he got the job done ensuring the apartment was throughly dried before he begun the work. Not only where was the final results amazing but customer service was excellent. He answered all my questions, even the not so smart ones. He was very calm, when I was not, kept me up to speed what was happening with my insurance company as well as the progress of the work. At the tail end of the work I had AJC making executive decisions that exceeded my expectations. My condo is a rental, by the end of the job, they had me wanting to move in there. He went above and beyond expectation, very happy with everything.”

“The project we did was a retaining wall in the front and side of the house along with some concrete Work. The finished product is really nice and for the most part we are happy with it and the price was affordable for what we had done. Some areas of improvement would be better planning and understanding on the projects they do. We have about 2.5ft taken off our property because the side wall was built further in than we wanted. They also didn’t do a great job around the water shut off, the box was broken and no longer in the correct position so we now have to re-adjust it. They also didn’t finish putting the rocks they said they would around the mail box so it looks unfinished.”
