They also repaired part of our roof that was damaged when solar panels were installed and the installers refused to replace the broken tiles.

“Our house expansion/renovation is still ongoing....target completion is January of 2018. We are transforming our 2800 s.f. lake house into a 5600 s.f. dream home plus a large, 3 car, attached garage. We have found Outdoor Building Concepts (OBC) a fantastic company to work with. Before starting this project we went back and forth with them for over a year (planned) and found them very accommodating. What sold us was the fact that when we went to look at some of their other additions they looked like they were part of the original house. We have made some minor changes along the way and they are more than happy to accommodate our requests...many times without changing (increasing) the budget. We are the type of people who liked to be involved in all aspects of our project and OBC seems to welcome this. We look forward to the completion of our dream house and will no doubt have OBC at some of our open houses to take a bow.”

“I have been a repeat customer of Birstler Home Improvements formerly of New York. The principal Stephen has remodeled kitchens and bathrooms in both my residence and my investment property. He has also installed windows and roofs on both properties. His estimates are competitive with all licensed and insured contractors. His contracts are very detailed. He is on the premises during the entire project. He is very knowledgeable on building codes, architecture, new materials/techniques and skilled trades. He has great ideas on design. He recommends quality materials. He is detail oriented as far as the finish work. He expect high quality work from his employees and supervises them closely.
No job is too small. I contracted him to power wash, prepare my rental property between tenants, a clean up project after a backup in my parent's basement, repairs to my screen house, installing fixtures, and a mason project on my sidewalks and driveway.

“Coleman Stone of Stonemar construction was the general contract for our complete home renovation! We purchased a foreclosure.The house was in disrepair and not livable at time of purchase. He converted a 4 bedroom 1, and 2 half baths into a 3 bedroom, 2 and 1 half bath. He created a master en suite. as well as flipped the dining room and kitchen. Creating a kitchen out of a blank room!
Coleman was at the house daily. He oversaw subcontractors, provided advice when we asked, and ensured everything was executed at a high quality and timely manner.
Stonemar renovated our scary project into a home, and our official appraisal (as of 2/2017) is now double.
We will continue to use and recommend Stonemar for future projects!”
