“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We had the pleasure of having Robert and his team remodeled our backyard. He was recommended to us from a family friend who had used his services for their backyard remodeling project. We had a large project over 15,000 square feet space and Robert and his team came through. We showed him our design and he itemize all the work that he will be doing and came up with a very reasonable estimate. This was very important as this prevents any future misunderstandings. He regularly communicated with us and updated us on any delays and he was able to completed the project on time. The quality of the work was very good. He was very flexible in adapting to the changes that we've requested. He was honest, on time and very reasonably priced. My house needed a lot of work because it was built in the sixties. I met with asaf and fell in love with the 3D design because it was my vision.
