“We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. We are beyond thrilled that we chose DDS for this project and look forward to our house being the envy of the block upon completion!”

“Honey-Do-Men is our go-to company! When we first moved into our home, we had a leak in the roof over our living room and bathroom. Darrell came to our home the same day we called and got up on the roof to inspect. He notified us that the roof was in poor shape and would eventually need to be replaced. We asked him to buy us some more time, which he willingly accommodated - and did a wonderful patch job that same day. Years later, we sprung for a new roof and gutters. His team came out to our house, completed the job as scheduled and did a superb job! His team also fixed our crumbling chimney with beautiful new bricks. Darrell was always available to answer our questions every step of the way. No matter what we threw at him, he swung our requests out of the park and accommodated every single last detail. He knows his stuff and will steer you in the right direction for your home and budget. His office staff is also amazing and helpful beyond words. In this automated world we live in, it is so important to get a live person on the phone - and that is exactly what we got with Honey-Do-Men! Thank you so much for all that you've done for us. “Doug Cutler is the ultimate professional. His knowledge of architecture and modular building is superb. We are building a modular house on an existing foundation with some modifications. Doug is detailed oriented and can explain the reasons behind his suggestions. He will make suggestions, but realizes the customer must be happy with the end product and must make the final decisions. His manner of doing business is professional and timely. EMails and phone class are returned the next day. Very easy to work with. He is very aware and trying to stay within our budget. We are almost done with our home design.”

“We engaged Creative Build Interior Design right after we started our new construction. We have been working with designer Melissa for kitchen design, color (exterior and interior) selection, vanity selection, light fixture, tile design/selection, hardware selection and etc. for the whole house. Melissa has provided very professional and valuable advice during the whole project and made our life much easier. She quickly helped us to find out our style (we often do not realize what we really like) and found something that fits our style and also in the right trend. We become more and more rely on Melissa's taste and advice. Melissa always stays on top of things and does things in the right order. She is very passionate about the work and often goes beyond the initial scope of the work to make sure that we get all the advise we need. The house turns out to be great and we reality love it! We received a lot of compliments from all the people who worked there and friends who stopped by. Everyone told me that they like the colors, kitchen, lights and everything. The house looks elegants and different from the spec houses on the market. We are thankful that we engaged Creative Build Interior Design for our new house and we felt we are lucky to work with Melissa. I would recommend their company and Melissa to my friends.”

“I was really impressed with the design detail and the quality of the home that Sound Beach Partners was building -- probably one of the best we've seen. And, that's saying a lot because Fusion Bowling installs bowling alleys only in homes and resort amenity settings, so we get to see a lot of very luxurious and very large buildings. I was also impressed with the quality of the people who work for Sound Beach Partners. Doron Sabag and Jim Hoffman's team really knows what they are doing -- they are very precise and pour over every detail. It really takes a different mentality, different training, and different team to build a multi-million dollar 20,000 sq ft home than it does an average tract home. In short, Sound Beach Partners is one of the best luxury builders we've seen.”
