“Zack responded very quickly and got the job done very quickly. He installed an in-wall dog door which means he cut a hole in the wall of the house and inserted the door. He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. The dogs are so so happy that they can live a free and independent life by going in and out at their leisure. Thank you Zack !!!”

“I highly recommend the California Building and Remodeling Company. We are VERY happy with their work all the way. I feel fortunate to have met Philip Geunther, the owner and founder of the company. He is quite skilled with people, and with coordinating teams of workers on a project. The contract was a reasonable price, in fact very inexpensive because he came often to check on the work and improved the work when needed by discussing the plan several times with his team to give us the maximum best result. I will call Phil in the future for other jobs with no hesitation because this has been an outstanding experience for my family. What did they do for us? My mother is close to age 95 and had a stroke, and is wheelchair bound. Phil and his team remodeled our old bathroom into a larger shower that is designed for wheelchairs. The shower is a "roll-in" shower compliant with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations. We are so happy!! Thank you Phil. I recommend their work for any ADA project. They know what they are doing.”

“I want to thank Josh Coit and his team at WAYCO Construction, Inc for the great work that was done on for recent home upgrade. Josh did a fine job of managing the effort in spite of concurrent work being performed by other companies in other areas of our home, and served to work seamlessly with the other efforts. As far as the stone facing that was installed, I don't think the word "artist" is too far from appropriate to describe the work that Rob performed in upgrading our home. My wife was very pleased at the work and approving comments continually came from the rest of the family as the work progressed. I think most telling was when a couple of neighbors stopped by and commented on how nice the work was and one even sought a referral. Bottom line, if you need an appearance upgrade to your home that is professionally done, that has patient and flexible management that can work through your particular issues, I can't recommend any better professionals than the team at WAYCO Construction. “My wife and I were looking to have an old wooden covered patio replaced with a new one. Joe from better place remodeling came out for a free estimate. He was very friendly and explained every step in great detail. There was a small mishap during demo that Joe took care of immediately. They increased the patio size to 14’ wide from our old 12’. Such a difference it makes to have outdoor living space to read, relax, and get away from the kids. Joe was constantly in touch and even made some changes for us on the fly. I would highly recommend Better Place Remodeling if your looking for a patio as well Joe H. San Marcos”

“I recently completed a kitchen remodel using Teknik construction. This is the 4th or 5th project they have completed for me over the past 4-5 years. They have done interior and exterior work for me. They finished AHEAD of schedule, the workmanship is amazing, on budget - discussing any up charges ahead of time allowing me to make a decision, helped me with color, decorating, and material choices, kept me from making stupid choices, cleaned up every day, I could go on and on. Over the 4 years, I've seen the same guys on the job. They are always respectful of me, my home, my family and my pets! I cannot say enough about Kevin and his team @ Teknik construction.”

“We cannot recommend Sass Construction and Design highly enough. Stephen and Shelley helped us remodel our house prior to moving, including helping us throughout the entire remodeling and design process and managing and coordinating every step and every vendor. SCD helped us with everything including demolition, designing the kitchen and selecting cabinets and stone, replacing the flooring, electrical and plumbing work, framing and drywall repair, designing and installation of closets and garage storage, and tile installation. Literally, we cannot imagine going through this process without the support and guidance of SCD. Stephen was at our house managing the project every day for months. We look forward to working with them again on bathroom and office redesigns soon. Stephen and Shelley have a meticulous eye to detail, and always had our best interests in mind. We are so happy with the results of our remodel.”

“"Croshier Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had their kitchen remodeled. My home remodel was wall to wall - floor to ceiling including bathrooms, electrical and custom-built products. In addition to the quality, professional work, it is the customer service provided that makes Croshier Construction stand out. Communication and follow-through each day was wonderful! I always knew what was going to happen because there was a sequential schedule we agreed to in advance so I could make work and living arrangements - the job prep before and after assured the rooms/projects were finished on time and ready for the next phase. Knowing his experience, listening to his recommendations, current trends and suggestions from previous jobs helped me develop ideas that worked well together for my home. The solid relationship with subs like plumber, electricians, flooring, cabinet maker, painters contributed to a team effort when they were in my home - they even took special care to work around my dog! Big bonus, the workspace for the day was always cleaned up as much as possible at the end of the day making it livable throughout the remodel.” Recently, I asked Croshier Construction to return to my home to re-build and replace an old patio cover and reseal the deck.”
