“Ken Nicholson and his team did a phenomenal job on my major house remodel. They threw in many extras and went above and beyond. Ken and all the members of his team are excellent listeners and remember everything I asked for. The crew, including Morgan and Carlos, became like family as they worked in our home everyday. Ken stuck to my budget 100%. There was careful attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship. Ken always made sure to double-check with me before making any permanent changes. The entire team was very easy to communicate with, using email and text messages, and often sending me pictures of the progress while I was at work each day. The team arrived on time, every weekday, with no disruption in progress. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with my new remodel from Ruiz & Nicholson. I highly recommend this company. “GBC Homes was great to work with for the patio project at our home. We wanted to raise our patio cover, and add lighting, fans, and an electrical outlet for a TV. They went above and beyond what we had pictured in our minds. The materials used for the finished product helped turn our back yard into a more beautiful and functional place to relax. The electricians, framers, and roofers were polite and professional. The cost was very fair for the work and materials to make a solid, long lasting, patio cover. Everyone at GBC Homes were professional, listened to our wish list, and clearly explained what they could do (and explained why some items they would not do as they would not make sense to do for structural or budget purposes), worked within our budget, and we are really pleased!”

He will always see that every job is completed to your satisfaction and will not rest until you are completly happy. My experience with John was during the construction of my luxury home. When not on site he was only a phone call away and his responses were always timely. His management of the sub-contractors was exemplary. There was never any down time and the construction never deviated from schedule. If a problem arose it was always taken care of immediately and to my satisfaction. I can only give John the highest of recommendations and would not hesitate to use him on any future remodel or whole house construction.”

“Bought a rebuild Encanata Home in PV. My home inspector said they did a great job structurally. Bob, the general contractor is very prompt to fix things even after it was sold. The only negative was the buying experience due to their realtor Andrew Bloom. Overall, I would highly recommend buying an Encanta Home, it is well built and they honor their warranties.”
