“We could not be happier with the home Nejasmich Developments completed for us in 2020. Our daughter and her familty previously purchased a home Nejasmich had under construction. We feel fortunate that Matt and Dan Nejasmich were willing to build on our lot with plans we brought to them. They were extemely easy to work with. They tried to accomodate all of our requests. And, they were very creative in dealing with major design issues overlooked by our architect. Finally, they were quick to follow up to remedy the few problems we had after moving in. Their contractors had been with them for multiple projects and were very experienced in their fields. Matt and Dan have the highest degree of integrity. Threy are very professional and pleasant people to deal with. We have built four homes from the ground up in our past. We would put Nejasmich on the top of the list for any future projects.”

“Sal and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen! Our kitchen need a full upgrade - new cabinets, floors, countertops, applicances, lighting, etc. QA Builders were always professional and kept the job moving along so that it could be finished in a timely manner. Sal was very responsive and a great communicator when we had questions. Also, the team always showed up on time and left our place clean before they left each day, which we really appreciated. We are thrilled with how beautiful it came out, and definitely would use them again.”

“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. “Formfunction Plus was wonderful to work with. My kitchen, although large in size, was hopelessly outdated, and the way that it was set-up, made cooking and cleaning-up more difficult than it should have been. I also didn’t feel comfortable entertaining my guests there. Andreas, the designer of the company listened closely to my needs, took careful consideration of my personal tastes and designed a kitchen that is now not only beautiful, but most importantly, functional. Additional counter space was added as well as a custom island. Andreas also worked with me to design all new kitchen cabinets and had them especially made. I now have the walnut cabinets that I’ve always wanted! I would not hesitate to recommend Formfunction Plus, as I was very impressed with their attention to detail as well as their level of professionalism. Andreas was always available to answer questions, his employees and tradesmen that he contracted with were obviously very talented, but the best part was that the kitchen was completed on time and within budget! This was quite refreshing considering my last kitchen project where I hired a different contractor, took over 5 months to complete along with many headaches. Save yourself the trouble and hire Andreas and his team. You and your new remodel (perhaps your new home – I know he builds houses from scratch) will thank you for it!”

“Ray Construction has been a fabulous find in the tough market of Silicon Valley! They are: -Accommodating: Changed things with minimal fuss to meet new design direction. -Experienced: Did a major remodel based on preliminary architectural concept drawings when we were dropped by an architect mid-design. He guided us through various design decisions and put us in touch with the appropriate experts to make all the interior design decisions (lightning, bathroom layout, etc). - Attention to detail: Especially with wood work (cabinets, trim, roofing, etc) The principal is a master carpenter, and does that detail work himself. - Very easy to work with. A pleasure to have around. We’re almost sorry to see him leave at end of project, but thrilled to have our space transformed! - Highest Integrity. Absorbed the cost of an “error" without complaint, and insisted on doing the correction even though we thought we could live with it.”
