“My wife and I purchased a new spec home from Mitchell & Best and we are thrilled with the quality and attention to detail. The house is amazingly tight, we had a gas line that was damaged during some construction on the street and were without gas for 5 hours. It was below 30 degrees and windy and during the 5 hours the house temp dropped 3 degrees from 72 down to 69. I highly recommend this builder.”

“After interviewing many contractors, we selected Rick Oliver and Signature Dream Homes for our complete kitchen gut/remodel. It involved lots of tricky aspects due to the age of the house, but his team of professionals handled it all with no problem. We are delighted with the results and always get compliments whenever someone visits. “I contracted the services of O'Hennon Builders on two different occasions. Once was building our home with the total square footage of over 3500, and the other was an extention of a two story screen-in deck over 750 square feet. Both jobs turned out outstanding. I was always able to reach the contractor or his office if I had any questions or wanted modifications to our plans. We were able to keep within our budget and his crew was very respectful and worked very well together.”

“Building our home with Rick Batton and his staff was nothing but fun from start to finish. Rick and his son Kyle are very talented craftsmen and made the entire experience a pleasure. They were always patient and kind and all of the men were mannerly and caring. Before we hired the company, we spoke with families for whom Batton and Son had built and without exception they said that it was a wonderful experience and we would agree. We started the project as client and builder and finished a year later as friends.”
