“We cannot recommend Sass Construction and Design highly enough. Stephen and Shelley helped us remodel our house prior to moving, including helping us throughout the entire remodeling and design process and managing and coordinating every step and every vendor. SCD helped us with everything including demolition, designing the kitchen and selecting cabinets and stone, replacing the flooring, electrical and plumbing work, framing and drywall repair, designing and installation of closets and garage storage, and tile installation. Literally, we cannot imagine going through this process without the support and guidance of SCD. Stephen was at our house managing the project every day for months. We look forward to working with them again on bathroom and office redesigns soon. Stephen and Shelley have a meticulous eye to detail, and always had our best interests in mind. We are so happy with the results of our remodel.”

“After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“I strongly recommend Jeanne Liem. My company worked with her on designing and building-out residential projects. Jeanne has a terrific aesthetic and is really hard working. She took the time to truly understand what we wanted and made our vision a reality. From beginning until the end, she has been very professional, responsive, proactive, and being able to come up with multiple solutions to simple and complex problems we encountered during construction. Their design elements are so elegant and well matched with our concept that exceeded my expectations in many ways. Also, they did all those within the budget requirements. They were flexible in all the areas we worked. She made everything so easy and smooth. I do not even want to imagine what would happen if we have taken another route instead of working with her.”

“Zack responded very quickly and got the job done very quickly. He installed an in-wall dog door which means he cut a hole in the wall of the house and inserted the door. He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. The dogs are so so happy that they can live a free and independent life by going in and out at their leisure. Thank you Zack !!!”

“Ryan is the consummate professional. He embodies honesty and quality, consistently exceeding our expectations in every way. Both himself and his subcontractors are clean, courteous and polite. My wife felt very comfortable being home alone with them in our house (we have four daughters as well who adored the whole crew). He has done numerous projects for us: two full bathroom remodels, a family room addition and an additional bedroom add-on. We have known Ryan and used his company over the course of 8 years. “Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “I recently completed a kitchen remodel using Teknik construction. This is the 4th or 5th project they have completed for me over the past 4-5 years. They have done interior and exterior work for me. They finished AHEAD of schedule, the workmanship is amazing, on budget - discussing any up charges ahead of time allowing me to make a decision, helped me with color, decorating, and material choices, kept me from making stupid choices, cleaned up every day, I could go on and on. Over the 4 years, I've seen the same guys on the job. They are always respectful of me, my home, my family and my pets! I cannot say enough about Kevin and his team @ Teknik construction.”
