“I am really pleased with my experience with MOD Construction LLC. I met with a lot of companies and MOD was one of the first one that gave me a clear and broken down estimate and scope of work. I used them for a full hardscape and landscape renovation in our backyard and we are very happy with it. Greg, Matt, and Freddy are all very honest and communicative which was very helpful for me during construction. If a concern arose, they were very easy to talk to to solve the issue. They are very family oriented and treat their business with pride. We will use them again in the future!”

“Fine Remodel transformed my basement walkout and patio into a showplace while also resolving issues I had with drainage and water collecting near my home's foundation. They installed a remotely located French drain and remodeled my patio with paving stones to create a work of art. Their crew was courteous and always cleaned up after the days work, keeping the work area safe for my family and looking neat. “This is the second project that Bruce and Dave and BLU Company have completed for us (complete remodel of a bathroom). We would not have hired them for the second job if we had not been very pleased with the work they did for us the first time around (complete remodel of a kitchen and floor). They and their crew (and sub-contractors) are very conscientious and professional. We found everyone involved in both projects to be meticulous, resourceful and a great pleasure to work with.
