“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “I highly recommend Marwan and Ocean Drive designs. He transformed our kitchen and the rest of our house into a beautiful space that we love to come home to; he listens better than most to his client's wants/needs and incorporates these into their design aesthetic. Marwan was very patient with us through the process, always willing to entertain our crazy ideas that at the end he made them a reality. He provided great 3D sketches which gave us a very good idea of what the end result was going to look like, helping visualize things. You won’t find a nicer and more ethical designer & contractor than Marwan. We highly recommend Ocean Drive Designs and will definitely use them for any future projects.”

“Zack responded very quickly and got the job done very quickly. He installed an in-wall dog door which means he cut a hole in the wall of the house and inserted the door. He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. The dogs are so so happy that they can live a free and independent life by going in and out at their leisure. Thank you Zack !!!”

“Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints.
