He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. “I want to thank Josh Coit and his team at WAYCO Construction, Inc for the great work that was done on for recent home upgrade. Josh did a fine job of managing the effort in spite of concurrent work being performed by other companies in other areas of our home, and served to work seamlessly with the other efforts. As far as the stone facing that was installed, I don't think the word "artist" is too far from appropriate to describe the work that Rob performed in upgrading our home. My wife was very pleased at the work and approving comments continually came from the rest of the family as the work progressed. I think most telling was when a couple of neighbors stopped by and commented on how nice the work was and one even sought a referral. Bottom line, if you need an appearance upgrade to your home that is professionally done, that has patient and flexible management that can work through your particular issues, I can't recommend any better professionals than the team at WAYCO Construction.

She helped in every way possible... including the eventual Mills Act designation we received for the house. My husband and I are both very demanding, and high maintenance, clients, and Kim was able to keep us happy and content at all times. In a matter of a few hours she overcame design problems we had been struggling with for months, then went on to polish the design into a stand-out plan that has been a joy to live in. This was a complete home remodel. We expanded the master bath, added a new bath, moved and expanded the kitchen, expanded the living room, and added a studio. The end result took advantage of our 180-degree view (which the original design didn't) and cost far less than selling and moving into a comparable property with a similar view, if we had been able to find one.”

“I highly recommend the California Building and Remodeling Company. We are VERY happy with their work all the way. I feel fortunate to have met Philip Geunther, the owner and founder of the company. He is quite skilled with people, and with coordinating teams of workers on a project. The contract was a reasonable price, in fact very inexpensive because he came often to check on the work and improved the work when needed by discussing the plan several times with his team to give us the maximum best result. I will call Phil in the future for other jobs with no hesitation because this has been an outstanding experience for my family. What did they do for us? My mother is close to age 95 and had a stroke, and is wheelchair bound. Phil and his team remodeled our old bathroom into a larger shower that is designed for wheelchairs. The shower is a "roll-in" shower compliant with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations. We are so happy!! Thank you Phil. I recommend their work for any ADA project. They know what they are doing.”
