In our team meetings, everyone gets equal airtime to discuss what they need from others and what they need to accomplish. We do this at the start of the week during our stand-up and again at the end of the week in our review. Throughout the week, we stay accountable on Slack, consistently asking for input and help from each other. We also share our completed work for feedback and celebration, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration.
