Otherwise I manage stress are: 1) Go for a walk to get away from screens. 2) Grab coffee or lunch with a co-worker or friend 3) Schedule your day to minimize uncertainty (batch calls, meetings, etc.) If something is really bogging me down, think in a year will this be that big of an issue? Most of the time, the things that are stressing you out can seem much larger now than they will in the long run.
