familiarity is never really associated with safety it is always more with flow. the understanding necessary to be safe in kitchens as in any other work place is to recognize the work hazards associated that comes with time as well as training to be able to see the hazards and similar; not to avoid them but to work with them as they are almost always now inherit to the work area in said fields everything from air currents to the closed dead spaces which none but the most experienced and authorized personnel are allowed in. the awareness that comes from familiarity allows for the fast recognition of the hazards as well as potential hazards that may come up. comprehensive safety training is essential for all levels even more so for interns

De part mon travail en tant que formateur en santé et sécurité au travail il en va de soit d'informer le personnel avant la pratique ainsi que de les former à la manipulation ou au gestes qu'ils doivent faire pour se mettre en sécurité. La pédagogie inversé ne fonctionne que à l'oral pour la sécurité mais en aucun cas sur de la pratique.

Sería importante las relaciones entre compañeros de mentoría y coaching sobre procedimientos para evitar contagios de alimentos y posibles enfermedades, sobre el uso de distintas herramientas de seguridad y protección, vestimenta adecuada, calzado... Identificación de las zonas de peligro y trabajar con una señalización adecuada. Sería importante fomentar el aprendizaje en el proceso de on boarding de nuevos empleados y trabajadores temporales donde la falta de formación e información en el inicio de la realización de los trabajos suponen la mayoría de los accidentes laborales.
