What tools or platforms do you use to streamline recruiting interviews?

So, it's increasingly important for recruitment teams to leverage technology to streamline their interview scheduling process to gain a competitive advantage. Most ATS platforms have a built-in solution, but it's often times limited to one-to-one interview scheduling such as Recruiter screening calls. But what takes the most time to coordinate are the complex multi-person scheduling scenarios (i.e. panel interviews). For pre-screening candidates it really depends on where they are in the candidate journey. Being a headhunter if the candidate is on LinkedIn, they have a scheduling tool in the messenger section which allows you to book something in there and then. If this is a candidate that has already been screened and now invited in for an interview our in house system allows us to schedule their interview through the automations in place. Calendly has also been a really useful resource for hiring managers and candidates with limited time to go back and forth.

I have implemented assessment tools for coding testing and assessing technical candidates, however, I have also implemented personality testing and logic tests for every role at certain organizations.
