As 2024 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to our incredible clients, industry partners, and dedicated team. To celebrate the holiday season, our office will be closed for two weeks starting December 23rd, and we’ll return refreshed and ready to tackle 2025 on Monday, January 6th. This holiday season, we partnered with PATH to host a festive holiday party! PATH provides critical supportive services to over 26,000 individuals each year, including street outreach, interim housing, housing placement, employment assistance, mental health care, Veteran services, and substance use treatment linkages. Our team had an amazing time connecting with the community, hearing their stories, and sharing smiles while making beautiful tree decorations. It was truly heartwarming to celebrate the season together. A huge thank you to Laura Birmingham from PATH for bringing us into this wonderful community and helping us make this event possible. Additionally, we’re grateful to Made From Scratch for providing their absolutely delicious pancakes that were a hit among all the attendees. 🥞🎉 Here’s to building stronger communities and spreading holiday cheer together! ❤️

◾ Project Completion Announcement: Fallbrook Trails ◾ We are proud to announce the completion of Fallbrook Trails, a 55+ community that will soon be welcoming its first residents. A3 Engineering had the privilege of providing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design for this project, supporting the creation of a vibrant and comfortable living space for future residents.
