Here’s what you need to join our team: 🌟 Be at Least 18 Years Old Caregiving requires maturity and responsibility, which is why we ask that all applicants be at least 18 years old. This ensures caregivers are ready to handle the role’s demands with the professionalism and compassion they require. 🌟 Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen The safety and well-being of our clients are of utmost importance. Passing a background check and drug screen is a necessary step to ensure trustworthiness and reliability. This process provides peace of mind to both clients and their families. 🌟 Have Reliable Transportation Caregivers often assist clients with errands and appointments, making reliable transportation necessary. Traveling to clients’ homes and accompanying them on outings is an integral part of providing dependable care. 🌟 Be Physically Capable of Assisting Clients With Mobility Helping clients with mobility is a regular aspect of caregiving. This includes assisting with transfers, helping clients walk safely, or supporting them as they navigate stairs. Physical capability ensures caregivers can provide this support without difficulty. 🌟 Prior Experience is Helpful but Not Always Necessary While experience in caregiving or a related field is beneficial, it’s not a requirement.
