Lincoln Commons, Rhode Island – The Lincoln Public Safety Special Needs Coalition and The Autism Project coordinated a special event with First Responders from across the state. Individuals with special needs and their families were invited to a 'Truck & Treat' event, where they had the opportunity to meet with First Responders and trick-or-treat from police, fire, and rescue vehicles.
