We are heartbroken by the loss of Cecile Richards, whose work as the president of Planned Parenthood pioneered efforts to expand access to birth control and other reproductive care, and to fight abortion restrictions and bans long before Roe v. Wade was overturned. We will never encounter another Cecile Richards. We honor her legacy by continuing the work she so passionately pursued. Thank you, Cecile, for showing us the way.
