I’m excited to share a project I created this year with ACSA and ProPel to create more project management content specific to Architecture! Check it out and I hope you enjoy and learn something! ❤️
Looking for ways to build your project management skills? Check out the latest ProPEL unit! This virtual course aims to help viewers understand the roles, responsibilities, and skills of a successful project manager. Throughout the unit, instructor Kate Cofer, COO of KKT Architects, shares best practices for applying effective project coordination skills, developing successful teams, using project management tools, and more. The unit is divided into four lessons: roles and responsibilities, contracts, schedules, and fees, coordination of the project, and project execution. To learn more, visit https://lnkd.in/e5H7irqb to access the full unit. Y'all ... this panel at the ACSA/AIA Intersections Research Conference on 10 January in Austin is my Texas-sized first FOMO event of the new year. I so wish I could be there to hear from Chelsea Johnson, AIA, LEED AP, Emily Roush-Elliott, and Lucy Begg ... if you are in the area and considering attending this conference, I urge you to register and then be sure not to miss this session. (And if you do go, I'd love to hear your impressions!)
