Affordable housing on the rise in East Palo Alto! This week we joined the team at the “topping-out” ceremony of Colibrí Commons, celebrating a significant step toward the completion of construction. An initiative by the City of Chicago and the Chicago Architecture Center, the competition seeks to draw middle class residents back to Chicago.
