The ADS core values are the foundation for our mission readiness. When we operate with unified principles, there’s no obstacle we can’t overcome. "ADS operates with integrity, focus, and a "want" inside of each team member that drives the whole company, as each person sets out to be more than themselves. I'm proud of how we've held onto our values and beliefs, continue to execute under pressure, and make the impossible a reality for commands that are deployed." - Kate Kinnear, VP of Contracts Learn more about our commitment to service: https://brnw.ch/21wPEdc

  • As the United States Space Force celebrates its 5th birthday today, ADS is proud to support the military’s new mission with custom solutions that meet its ever-evolving needs. From satellite communication systems to cutting-edge tactical equipment and mission-critical building updates, ADS is helping accelerate readiness in a field where the technology is continually changing. “People really don’t understand how important the Space Force is, how important it will be in the future, and what it is becoming,” said Ryan Dirner, ADS Regional Account Manager  - U.S. Air Force & Space Force. “ADS acts as a force multiplier to give the military the equipment it needs to activate the missions faster and more efficiently.” Ryan joined ADS 7 months ago after 20 years in the United States Air Force, retiring from the Special Forces Warfare Training Wing in San Antonio, Texas. In his military role, he was a frequent tactical gear customer of ADS. He says, “It's been a wonderful transition.”

  • Special Operations Forces (SOF) have long sought a programmable automatic inflator that allows the user to select the inflation profile of their life preserver units (LPUs) based on the mission. The available products restricted head mobility, limited the wearer's field of vision, and were so bulky that they caused interference with weapon use. After extensive collaboration with the Special Operations community, Mustang Survival and CM Hammar AB teamed up for the development of the RATIS, a next-generation LPU, with support from ADS and other key partners. The groundbreaking design is so lightweight, low profile and non-restrictive that military operators barely know they’re wearing it. At ADS, Inc., there is a solid culture... People own their responsibilities, leaders exemplify expectations, and from the CEO, Ryan Angold on down, the organization provides opportunities for growth. During their recent Sales Training event in Virginia Beach, I had the honor to be the Keynote Speaker, alongside my old-time friend and teammate R. Kenyatte Booker. The theme for this year's event, "ENGAGE." The word "Engage" has 11 meanings in Merriam Websters, and to me it resonates in the context of "Motivation" and "Empowerment." Regarding motivation, I go back to my pre-pararescue days, where I marveled at the actions of the men involved in the battle of Mogadishu, also known as Gothic Serpent and made popular in the movie Black Hawk Down. The key word clearing them to engage the enemy and execute their mission was "Irene." From the moment I heard that, I wanted nothing more than to experience the day where I would get my own "Irene." Then, as I became a Tier One operator, empowerment came in the context of getting clearance to engage, to accomplish the mission, to put our capabilities to the test. ADS, Inc. employees engage clients, each other and contingencies to ensure favorable outcomes for their customers. My message to them is summarized as follows: Train to a professional standard, maximize every opportunity, own your actions, and learn with every outcome, all with character, competence, and commitment. You are all "Clear to Engage!" #seac4 #leadershipdevelopment #adsinc #culture

  • As the U.S. Army National Guard celebrates its 388th birthday this month, ADS Inside Account Manager and active Guardsman Joseph Dail is thinking about the Guard's long history of service, and how it affords him the opportunity to serve both his country and the mission here at ADS. Joe commissioned in the National Guard out of Hampden-Sydney College and began a 10-year commitment to become a helicopter pilot in 2022. He joined the ADS team a year later after taking part in our Sales Development Associate program. “Everyone at ADS is very accepting of my commitment to the Army National Guard,” he says. “When I have commitments, the team here at ADS always covers me.” Joe flies for the Guard once a week, spends two weeks in annual training, and takes part in monthly drills to practice everything from air movement to disaster relief missions. “ADS serves the warfighter, and that goes hand-in-hand with my service,” Joe says. “The U.S. Army National Guard has such a great history of service nationally, internationally and in our local communities, and that’s always worth celebrating. I feel really lucky to be part of two great organizations.”

  • As the Air National Guard integrated ACE (Agile Combat Employment) into their mission approach, they were in need of a rapidly deployable kitchen facility without an open flame or large electrical requirement. Babington Technologyy employed their state-of-the-art closed combustion technology to create the Expandable Single Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen (E-SPEK). With three personnel, the container can be deployed in less than 15 minutes, making it a highly mobile and versatile field feeding system designed to support virtually any mission. ADS offers the best selection of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) equipment. Our team has the expertise to facilitate the integration of not only tools, vehicles, and construction, but also any kind of container – expandable, rigid, trailerized, and more. Let ADS source the right equipment for your mission. Learn more: https://brnw.ch/21wPfne
