When you have a strong foundation—whether that be rooted in your personal values, experiences, or knowledge—you're less likely to be shaken by difficulties or challenges (the "wind"). Just as a well-rooted tree can withstand strong gusts without being uprooted, a person who is deeply grounded in their sense of self or purpose can face adversity with resilience and confidence.
