How do we ensure that our coordinators stay well-informed and educated so they can effectively advance the ideas of liberty in their respective countries? One way is by hosting Local Coordinator Retreats, such as the successful event held in Malawi on December 7, 2024 hosted by the National Judge Alfred Banda. The retreat was streamed live on the Malawi Facebook page, and the Ladder for Youth Empowerment Organization also published an article about it. A total of 20 local coordinators participated, creating a platform for exchanging experiences and strategies to further promote libertarian values within their universities and communities. The retreat focused on enhancing leadership and professional skills, equipping coordinators with essential tools for both personal and professional growth.
