We recently held our global budget meeting in Dubai, UAE, to review financial performance and discuss strategies for achieving our shared goals. Key topics included growth in existing and new markets, expansion into new countries, launching new services, prioritising employee development and reinforcing our We Values. Outside of work hours, the group management and the local team strengthened bonds through various activities, including the challenges at TEPFactor, which required skill, strength, patience and teamwork. At Axess Group, we are committed to developing advanced digital solutions to streamline operations across the industries we serve. Last month, our teams at Axess Middle East and Axess Digital presented on some of our innovative digital solutions at industry events:   • North America DROPS Forum: Øyvind Høgset, Product Owner at Axess Digital, presented on eDROPS, an application that improves efficiency in planning, executing, reporting and following up on dropped object inspections. He showcased how it boosts operational efficiency while addressing key DROPS issues. • IADC NAGC meeting: Faisal Amir, Technical Manager, and Yasser Tawfik, General Manager - KSA, also presented on eDROPS and introduced DROPS Asia’s DROPS Metaverse, a Virtual Reality (VR) application used as part of our DROPS training programme. We have won a long-term frame agreement with Macro Offshore, to enhance #offshore accommodation safety. “This partnership allows us to bring our specialised services in #inspection and falling object prevention to support Macro Offshore’s commitment to safety and operational reliability. We are happy to announce that we have secured a frame agreement extension with KCA Deutag, to continue delivering services such as dropped object management, inspections of pipes, lifting and drilling equipment, as well as Risk-Based Inspection. Designed for the harsh offshore environment, Axess Technologies' cable pull-in winch system has a lifting capacity of up to 50 mT. Key highlights to date include the rental of 11 20mT pull-in winch systems for Hywind Tampen, along with an ongoing project to deliver a 35mT cable pull-in system for Empire Wind 1. We are pleased to share that we have landed a long-term frame agreement with Floatel International Ltd. The agreement centers on our Total Rig Integrity Management (TRIM) solution, encompassing a full suite of inspection, certification and verification services. We are delighted to announce that we have completed the installation and commissioning work for the first FLNG project in the Republic of Congo earlier this year. The project commenced at the shipyard in Dubai, UAE, and concluded in the Republic of Congo, spanning a total of 9 months. “Our global footprint has been crucial in ensuring the success of the project. Over 140 qualified personnel were deployed from various entities within the Group, including Axess North Sea, Axess India and Axess Norway.
