What do our founders do when they’re not building for Public safety? They jump in on a defense tech hackathon and win 1st🥇place with practical solutions with limited resources, true hackers for good. 🫡😎💪🏽
Took 1st place 🥇 at USS Hornet Defense Tech Hackathon 🇺🇸🇺🇦hosted by Hyperstition Incorporated AGI House Global Jiarun Chen Erika Bahr and others. Team: Rad Ninjas Project: DropMesh, a low-power, low-cost Mobile AdHoc Network for highly contested RF environments. This resilient mesh network can be quickly deployed in the battlefield where theres jamming and spoofing of signals and recon is needed for incoming threats. In less than 48 hours, we built 5 sensors to receive and relay signals back, a frontend for command station receiving relays and even an AI powered 3d simulation (With a scaled 3d model of the USS Hornet) showing the response for inbound drone threats. We recorded a live test of the network deployed within the USS Hornet relaying an enemy comm from inside all the way to the other side on the top deck of the ship. The ship is basically a faraday cage so that added to the challenge, clip coming soon. The thought was given the tools we were provided what could we potentially build and send to Ukraine 🇺🇦 tomorrow. Thanks to hosts and organizers for an awesome weekend: Andrew Côté Jeremy Nixon Jiarun Chen Erika Bahr and others Thanks to sponsors who equipped us with tools for the dub Restack Code Metal It was great working with the team with some loss of sleep 😴 but well worth with it Kyle Casterline Sako M Luke Hollis Abdur-Rahmaan Janhangeer Marshall Doyle
