🚀 Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the opening event for the 5th cohort of the Innofense program at SOSA. The startups presented their innovative solutions to an exclusive audience of industry professionals, mentors, and investors. Over the course of the program, they’ll develop POCs in collaboration with DDR&D (MAFAT) - Directorate of Defense Research & Development as a Design Partner, while working directly with the Israeli Ministry of Defense on real-world solutions, with SOSA providing mentorship and access to its global network of investors and corporations. This cohort's startups are addressing key challenges in defense technology, from securing LLM models in the cloud to countering foreign influence on social media. 👏 Congratulations to Brinker , Diamic, SpherePoint., SharkSense Ltd., iCit Technologies, Tagado, Modelyo, NonPolymeric3D , and Tac Gen, for their exceptional pitches! 👩💻Here’s the SWITCHboard of events at our Dimension X Cohort 3's Demo Day💡   We concluded this October with two days of impressive pitches from the third cohort of Dimension X start-ups (Barricade AI, CLIKA Inc., Extreme Simulations, Graylark Technologies, Inc., LIVR , nami, Polygeist, SharkSense Ltd., SpectraCann, Voicesense) together with their champions from Singapore’s Home Team. 🚀 Cycle 5 of ASTRA concluded with a spectacular display on Demo Day! From breakthrough technologies to uncompromising resilience, our amazing startups delivered performances that left us inspired and energized for the future of space exploration. SharkSense Ltd. showcased its advanced all-threat drone detection sensor for mobile and fixed platforms, revolutionizing drone threat detection. Polyfos 3D unveiled Automated Polymer Additive Manufacturing Onnes Cryogenics presented lightweight cryogenic composite tanks, addressing the growing demand for efficient aerospace solutions. Taramandal unveiled its reusable orbital vehicle, designed for space debris management and sustainable space exploration. Beyond technology, we witnessed the spirit of innovation, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Each presentation was a testament to pushing the limits of what is possible in space technology. A huge thank you to Tzvika Weisman and Microsoft for Startups for hosting this amazing event in the beautiful reactor space! Your continued support plays a critical role in empowering the next generation of space pioneers. ✨Our amazing Cohort 3 of Dimension X just wrapped up their epic onboarding week in Singapore! 🏙Over 3 action-packed days, these innovative start-ups embarked on an adventure across the island. They explored the future of public safety at Singapore's first smart fire station in Punggol, and journeyed through Singapore City Gallery to understand the intricacies of Singapore urban development to better nuance their proofs-of-concept for actual operations. 🎤It wasn't all sightseeing! The final day saw them honing their pitches at a half-day workshop held at Hatch, to set the stage for a stellar Demo Day for the start-ups this October.
