Immensely proud to be the leader of our Medical Operations team. The passion these medical leaders have for maximizing medical quality, access to care, and development of our teams has led to incredible wins for team members across the spectrum. If this is what they've brought Bond Vet in 5 years, what could 5 more bring?! Take a moment with me to celebrate these impressive veterinary leaders: Dr. Fadl has always been a staunch advocate of training and development for our teams as a way to maximize team and patient safety. "Medical Quality has always been at the center of everything we do at Bond Vet. Stepping into this role highlights my role in supporting and celebrating the incredible teams at Bond Vet, and ensuring they have the tools they need to practice advanced medicine." She's has been an invaluable member of team Bond Vet, and a shining example of a clinician, leader, and mentor since day 1 (nearly). Jesse Longo, LVT approaches veterinary nursing through the lens of someone who has spent time in almost every clinic role. His experience and operational knowledge means our nursing and support staff are at the heart of every tool and project at Bond Vet. Jesse's efforts to elevate and empower our Area Lead Nurses (our regional nursing leaders) has allowed our teams to practice at the top of their license. Sheena Davis, LVT, VTS is a new addition to the team, but has long been a mainstay at Bond Vet, systematically approaching training for both our support teams and veterinarians. She has developed targeted and effective dental training across the role spectrum, unlocking access to dental care across our clinics. Welcoming her to the team was a no-brainer! [Not pictured] Janisel Singh, LVT is not only an incredible nursing leader, she's also an incredible anesthetist (trust me, in my residency, it was Janisel that taught me much of what I know about anesthesia!). Our clinic teams know her as a kind, reliable, and hard-working resource, and our support teams know her as a wealth of knowledge. Her contributions to the Medical Operations team have been invaluable. Congrats team!
