Greenhouse gas emissions from medium- and heavy-duty vehicles have increased by 80%+ in the past 30 years – and communities of color are disproportionately exposed to the health threats from this pollution. With that disparity comes an opportunity for fleet owners to make a positive community impact by electrifying their fleets. And there’s a wealth of free resources available that businesses can use to adopt a data-driven approach to equitable fleet electrification. Emily Pinckney (She/They), our Program Manager, shares more in our newest Insights post breaking down the state of environmental injustices today, and how you can tap into resources for a more environmentally just fleet electrification. Check it out and let us know: What resources would you add to this list? What are you reflecting on when it comes to taking an equity mindset for fleet electrification? https://lnkd.in/gkbZxRjc
