The recently completed Carol-Ann Molnar Performing Arts Studio for Oregon City School District was a remodel and addition to an existing 4000 square foot bus garage and warehouse building. The renovation and addition converted the space to include a multi-purpose dance and rehearsal studio, state-of-the-art recording studio for student and public music production, public gathering space, and support spaces for the various programs. This building provides a more comprehensive educational program and technical training to students pursuing a career in the arts.

We would like to congratulate the Ohio Department of Natural Resources on the opening of their newest state park, Great Council State Park. Buehrer Group is honored to have been involved in the Living Stream component of this project and to build on our longstanding relationship with the State of Ohio and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. The park strives to convey an accurate and authentic record of life in the 1700s with respect to the indigenous Americans who once inhabited the area. The Living Stream is the heart of the new interpretative center, representing how the Shawnee people made use of Ohio's vast waterways.

On Friday, Tiffin University broke ground on their new 30,000 square foot Center for Innovation and Learning. The project incorporates 14 new classrooms, a boardroom, and a state-of-the-art Center for Entrepreneurship to promote partnership with the local and regional community. Our team is honored to work with Clouse Construction Corp. on this incredible project that will provide a multitude of opportunities to students, faculty, and the community. The Center for Innovation and Learning is expected to open in Fall of 2025.
