The Texas Department of Transportation was awarded $22 million in Rural Grant Funds to develop two intermodal truck parking facilities in the Houston District. It was a pleasure to serve as project manager and work with staff from TxDOT Government Affairs, TxDOT Houston District, and Cambridge Systematics, Inc. to develop and submit this successful grant application. Shout out to Isabel C. Victoria-Jaramillo who led the development of our Benefit Cost Analysis with support from Guilherme Leao, AICP and Yancili L. Supporting me on the narrative were Pearl Liu and Weslene Uy. Also supporting were Will McKee and his amazing team of creative services professionals. #grants #transportationfunding
