An amazing day - 17 PERCENT , a short film #documentary of my life and the emphasis on the employment struggles for people with #disabilities was chosen today as a winner by The Academy Awards in London! I am so proud to have been asked to allow my story to be told by these amazing individuals: Aaron Johnson (Director), Chris Kam (Cinematographer), Wells Goltra (Assistant Camera), Wesley Cunningham (Editor), Rachel Karalnik (asst producer)

It was an honor to be the keynote speaker yesterday at The Kansas Capitol in Topeka for the Heartland's Disability Employment and Innovation Symposium! I listened all day to advocates, policymakers, council members, transitional coaches, other entrepreneurs, and parents. I am always o touched and impressed with the dedication and passion to improve the lives of people with disabilities! Thank you Robert (Bob) Ludke, Sara Hart Weir, MS and Allyson McCain for inviting me!
