Democracy Fund is hiring for a Partnerships Coordinator to provide logistical and high-level administrative support for our Philanthropic Partnerships team, including scheduling, contract and invoice management, project management, event planning support, relationship tracking, and other tasks. While we do not fundraise for ourselves, this team provides a unique service to the fields in which we work. The ideal candidate is a careful planner who successfully meets deadlines and is ready to support a high-performing team through their next phase of growth. This role is a hub for work happening across the team and helps other internal teams connect to and collaborate with Philanthropic Partnerships staff. New staff must reside in the Washington, D.C. metro area, and all employees are expected in the office for several days every month.
