It was great connecting with this incredible group of professionals dedicated to supporting advanced materials manufacturing SMEs with open source digital tools. Over two days of intensive presentations, demos, and sessions, we shared insights and explored the DiMAT digital solutions which are currently being integrated in 4 real case pilots with companies in glass, polymer, composite and graphite production. At F6S Innovation, we lead the communication, dissemination, and exploitation work for this project. I was thrilled to host a session focused on customer validation and crafting effective questions to get the most valuable feedback. The energy and collaboration of an in-person meeting like this are invaluable for learning and achieving real results. Day 2 of the DiMAT Project Plenary Meeting in Larnaca, Cyprus: Hosted by ACCELIGENCE LTD, today's sessions continued the momentum with deep dives into the integration of solutions across the four DiMAT pilots, spanning key material sectors: #glass, #graphite, #polymer, and #composite #materials. 🔍 Key highlights of the second day: 🔹 Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation – Partners discussed strategies to enhance the project's visibility, upcoming events, and actions to maximize impact until the project's conclusion; 🔹 Engaging Workshops led by Ellie Shtereva, PMP (F6S Innovation) & Lukas Morand (Fraunhofer IWM): - Workshop 1: Early Adopters Programme & Market Validation via Digital Prototype; - Workshop 2: #CMDB (Collaboration & Data Management for materials innovation). 🔹 The day wrapped up with a strategic discussion on key action points for the next phase of the project.
