  • UPDATE! I have updated this Echelon LinkedIn page from The Echelon by Amie Teske to simply "Echelon". Why? The "by Amie Teske" was a differentiating strategy. The word Echelon is used relatively frequently and I often get "I've heard of that" only to learn that most people are thinking about a different product or brand. What bothers me about the "by Amie Teske" part, however, is the mission of the Echelon is not about me. It's about YOU. It is FOR YOU and it will evolve BECAUSE OF YOU. So, it's changing. Simple as that. Now, our rally cry once again for those who haven't heard it yet. Cheers! So, in the natural evolution of all organisms, so does the Echelon.     People need certainty, and salespeople are no exception. But what does certainty really mean? It’s psychological safety—the ability to be open, honest, and vulnerable without fear of judgment. And here’s the thing: psychological safety is one of the greatest predictors of high performance in sales. Sales teams need to know they can express how they feel about their work. When leaders create a safe space for this, performance soars. 💡Big Tip for Sales Leaders: Be vulnerable. It might not have been modeled for you, but it’s critical now.
