EGYM proudly hosted the sixth installment of the EM-Kata Meetup this November in Berlin. 🎉 The event brought together 11 engineering teams to tackle a real-world challenge: Develop a tech strategy for a B2B business to attract new clients by creating a fresh market offering. Guided by industry mentors, the teams broke down complex cases, designed innovative solutions, and prepared compelling presentations. 🚀 In the final round, three finalist teams presented their strategies to a jury of tech leaders (Marco 😎 Melas, Tom H. , and Florian Gamper), and received invaluable feedback on their work. 👏 A huge shoutout to the mentors and jurors who made this event a success, and to the participants who embraced the challenge with such creativity and dedication. 🌟 Iryna Sribna, Ivan Zinenko, Alex Turbin, Paul Keen, Aleksei Osheichik, 🌟 Dmytro Mindra, MBA, Manikandan Kandasamy, and Jack Godau.

We kept our promise of being a process-driven organization. Recently, our third group of selected EGYMees completed the Process Improvement Practitioner program. ✨ Four months ago, the program kicked off with a three-day training session on process improvement methodologies. The selected EGYMees then applied these methodologies to their roles and projects, achieving significant and impactful results. To celebrate this milestone, Florian Sauter, our CTO, presented the Process Improvement Practitioner program certifications in recognition of their outstanding achievement. 🏆 Congratulations to our EGYMees for completing the program! A special thanks to Andy Smith from Influential Partnership Ltd., Bartek Pabiasz, and Frank Spronck for their exceptional training and coaching support. 🙌
