Christmas is truly a wonderful time of the year where we wind down and reflect on what’s most important to us. It’s also a great time to catch up with family and friends over a nice meal. The festive glitz, colorful lights, familiar carols playing in the background, gift-wrapped presents and fancy decorations just add to that feeling of Christmas. “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. #TeamTimeOut is an investment of time and energy. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with this dynamic team of young leaders on one of their busiest weeks. Despite all the demands on their time and focus, their CEO decided that this is a need and a priority. I loved the laughter and positive vibes as they poked fun at each other, reflected on how far they’ve come, and how they can become even higher performing, moving forward. Loads of DMCs (deep n meaningful conversations)! In the end, the walls came down, the bridges were built and the lightbulbs came on.
