From September 23 to 27, 2024, a meeting took place in Ostrava as part of the Erasmus+ project “Digital Teacher for Digital Generations.” This event brought together teachers and specialists from five countries: Spain, the Czech Republic, France, Turkey, and Poland. The goal of this mobility was to explore and promote modern digital tools used in education. Over the five days, school representatives had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of Web 2.0 tools related to coding, virtual reality, and educational material creation. The program included practical workshops, allowing participants to directly apply the newly learned applications and programs in a school setting. The Erasmus+ project “Digital Teachers for Digital Generation,” of which the Ostrava mobility was a part, is an excellent example of international collaboration aimed at shaping the future of education. Through this initiative, teachers from different countries were able to exchange experiences, ideas, and best practices, enriching their teaching skills. Participation in the project also allowed teachers to learn about the latest trends and technologies that can be used in the teaching process. The meeting served as a platform for sharing experiences and understanding how different cultures and educational systems provide new perspectives and inspire the search for innovative solutions. The project proved to be a true source of inspiration for teachers. During the visit to the Czech school, they had the opportunity to observe classes firsthand, where Web 2.0 tools were successfully integrated. Erasmus+ projects like “Digital Teachers for Digital Generation” are an investment in the future of education. They prepare teachers to work in a rapidly changing world and give students the chance to acquire knowledge and skills essential for future success.
