Cas clinique intéressant à partager de gestion de brèche de dure mère en UBE, intérêt de l’utilisation de l’Anastoclip.   72 ans Recalibrage UBE L3L4 sur sténose + spondylolisthesis Brèche sous la lame de L3 droite ( 1 cm)   Incarcération de radicelle, réduction au crochet mousse puis mise en place d’Anastoclip laboratoire Lemaitre taille M. (la vidéo ne commence qu’au moment où la gestion de l’incarcération de radicelle est terminée).   Ca a permis d’étanchéifier et de terminer la décompression sans risque d’hyper-pression intra durale.
