We're incredibly excited to be growing our team (from two to three!) as we search for a Founder's Associate. This role will report directly to the Managing Director, working across both FIGR and The Harrington Foundation to drive positive social and environmental change through impact investing and philanthropy respectively. We're looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and proactive junior generalist with an interest in both startup investing and charity, keen to take on a 'jack of all trades' role where no two days are the same! We are open to hiring a proactive recent graduate, or an individual with some professional experience. The ideal candidate will like the idea of an ever-changing startup environment with lots to do, lots to learn and a super friendly culture. Salary: £40-45k Employment type: 12-month FTC with potential to extend Location: Flexible hybrid working between home & London
