I had the great honour of participating in the well-organized Women in Agriculture Stakeholders Group Seminar yesterday, which offered plenty of insightful discussions and learning opportunities. The depth and breadth of knowledge shared by both panels were a real testament to the organisers' efforts. I was proud to share the story of our Irish Organic Association farm. Thank you, Gillian Westbrook, for inviting me to be part of such a successful event. 👏 Being an Irish Ambassador for the FLIARA Project has helped me rediscover my voice and rebuild the confidence to share my experiences, as well as highlight the incredible opportunities available for women in Irish agriculture.

A fantastic start to our series of information and networking events for women in agriculture yesterday at Claremorris. Excellent panellists and great interaction and engagement from those in attendance. Looking forward to the next one tomorrow in the Silver Springs Hotel Cork. Standout speaker of the day was Blatnaid Gallagher. Her passion and enthusiasm is contagious. This event is co-funded by the Women in Agriculture Stakeholders Group and the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. #WomeninAg

It was an incredibly positive experience, with wonderful feedback from DG AGRI, which continues to show strong support for women-led innovation in agriculture and rural development!
