Florida Small Businesses Are Raising Pay—But Still Struggling to Hire #SmallBusinesses across #Florida are working hard to fill open positions, but many are coming up short. According to the NFIB, 35% of small-business owners nationwide say they can't find qualified candidates—especially in industries like construction, manufacturing, and transportation. To stay competitive, many Florida business owners are increasing #wages and benefits, with 33% raising pay in January alone.
