Proud to be named one of the Best Places to Work in Omaha 2023 — our fourth year in a row! Come redefine with us.
About us
Supportworks is a Certified Evergreen company currently comprising three main brands. Foundation Supportworks designs, manufactures and delivers a range of products to a worldwide network of foundation and concrete repair dealers. Hello Garage is a leading national garage renovation franchise. SolutionView develops proprietary software designed to streamline and improve the contractor-homeowner experience. But that’s only part of the story! Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, Supportworks was founded in 2008 by Greg Thrasher, the owner of a successful home-services company that was looking to vertically integrate and become a supplier focused on redefining an entire industry. In less than a decade, we became one of the fastest-growing companies in America. We operate on the principle that More Is Possible in our industry and back that up by providing radical support to our partners, including consulting and training in all facets of business –– from marketing and sales to technical and production know-how to accounting and leadership. Together, we’re redefining our industry, and that’s our driving purpose. We’re also redefining the workplace, creating a space where people feel welcomed, valued and encouraged. We do this by fostering a creative and innovative environment where big thinkers are given the room to do. We’re a diverse group of dynamic, determined, inventive, enterprising, focused and fun people united in the desire to build something bigger than ourselves. To top it off, we were just named among the Best Places to Work in Omaha for 2023, bringing our streak to four years in a row. So, what do you say — are you ready to redefine with us?

We are proud to be Certified Evergreen, and honored to play a small role in advancing the Evergreen movement alongside the great community of Tugboat Institute members.
Founder & CEO at Tugboat Institute | Champion of Evergreen Companies | Co-Author of Another Way: Building Companies That Last...and Last...and Last
I get the question from time to time, why did I coin the term Evergreen companies? It was this timeless metaphor that stood out to me for the kind of companies I was meeting during my learning journey. A journey that started after I began having deep reservations about the “get big fast” model that venture capitalist expected startups they funded to embrace. Through my learning journey, I discovered humble, thriving businesses built with Purpose, Perseverance, a focus on People First practices and shared success, and growing steadily year after year. These companies reminded me of the evergreen tree: weathering the changing seasons, standing tall through generations, and remaining steadfast—growing, striving, and constant.🌲 In May 2020, during the throws of COVID shutdowns, one of these companies, Supportworks, Inc., had just become Certified Evergreen. Dave Thrasher, CEO of the company, sent me an email with a link. He wanted permission to use a new video to announce this important recognition to his team and the world. I started watching the video, then quickly stopped it. I felt it was going to be something special and I didn’t want to watch it by myself. I grabbed my colleague Annie Van Fossan, and pressed the play button. We quietly watched the 5 minute video together, and when I looked at her, I saw a tear in her eye. I had one, too. Dave kindly gifted their video to Tugboat Institute so that it can be modified and used by all Certified Evergreen companies. The link below is to the original Supportworks version of the video—it still moves me. If you can take 5 minutes to watch it, I hope you feel a sense of hope and inspiration. If you’re curious about these wonderful Evergreen companies and their importance to society, I invite you to learn more and be part of our Evergreen company movement. We are all smiles after kicking off our 2025 LeadershipU program this week! LeadershipU is an immersive nine-month program for emerging leaders to level up their leadership skills, gain a deeper knowledge of our business, and propel our purpose of Redefining Our Industry forward. Our new class of participants spent the last two days learning about themselves through their DISC and Enneagram reports, building connections with one another, and taking a deep dive into our company's history with our founders and executive team. We can't wait to see how our LU class grows throughout the year!

🎄Talk about a night to remember! This past Friday, Supportworks held its annual Christmas Party. This year's event had an Après Ski theme that was fully embraced by the majority of partygoers ⛷. There were themed beverages, gourmet food stations, games, an indoor curling court and even a mechanical Rudolf ride! Everyone had a fantastic time, and we didn't even have to call the Ski Patrol! #TeamSupportworks #OneTeam #RedefineOurIndustry
